I tried to run today:( My body is still incredibly weak. I need to train for this half marathon it is just a little over a month away. I am up to about five miles a day but I have been unable to run since Monday. I did try yesterday and I just couldn't get my endurance up enough to do much more than walk Even that left me winded and exhausted.

I am really praying I feel 100% better soon. I hate this weak feeling. I did go to the allergist yesterday and he is positive that my reaction is from Nsaids. So no aspirin, Advil and so on. I am so thankful to have a clear answer.

Now as for the 30 day challenge, how is everyone doing? Have you had sugar? It is easy once you abstain from it for awhile. Don't give up!

What do you love about yourself? Write it down and focus on the good things that you do and what you value most in yourself.

The reason I show you these pictures is to show you that this kind of weight loss is not an over night deal. If you wake up and the scale is not moving do not fret! It will move. Stay consistent.

Meal to try today: Lettuce Turkey Wrap. Lay off the cheese and mayo. Use hot sauce or a spray salad dressing. Add any vegetables you like. I add onion usually.

  1. You know, I see you everyday and I see the incredible weight loss that you have achieved, but to see pictures from just a few months ago to today......I'm just in awe. And the fact that you continue to thrive to do more and help others is amazing. You truly are an inspiration!
